COLLECTION/SHIPPING OF LOTS
The awarded lots can be collected upon communication no later than 10 days from the day of the auction.
We remind you that (as in our conditions of sale) the lots can be collected by the buyer or by a third person with a signed authorization form (download here authorization form) can be done only after the payment of the total amount due to the auction house.
At the time of the collection, Fidesarte will ask the buyer or the third party to provide a document certifying his identity.
Before coming to our offices for the collection of the lots, please get in touch with our office. Please note that in case of missing communication after 10 days from the day of the auction the lots sold could be moved to an external warehouse.
SHIPPING OF THE LOTS
If it is not possible to collect the lots in one of our offices, it will be possible to organize the shipping with our partner courier.

Our affiliated couriers may also contact you directly for communications necessary for the shipping of the lots.
Please note that Mail boxes etc or The Packengers are independent companies from Fidesarte and the payment for shipping must be made separately from that of the lots awarded at auction.
Alternatively, you can also organize a shipping through your personal courier. Also in this case the courier must have a signed authorization form (download here authorization form).
