Estimate/base price The estimates under the descriptions represent the evaluation that our experts assign to each lot. They are purely indicative and are expressed in Euros. The starting price of the auction is the price from which the auction starts. No bids will be accepted for any lot below its starting price. The beats in the saleroom progress with raisings of 10%, which can change at the auctioneer’s discretion.
Hammer price and buyer's premium The hammer price is the price of adjudication. The purchaser will pay for each lot an auction fee including V.A.T. equivalent to 25%.
Payment method The payment of the lots knocked down must be done within 7 days from the date of the auction by:

Storage and shipment Until the full price has been paid and until delivery, lots are held in storage at Fidesarte. On request, after payment has been made, lots can be shipped by courier at the risk and expense of the Buyer. The possible export duties are also to be charged to Buyer. The buyer will be required to pay all costs upon receipt of the invoice. Standard package costs is € 30. Special package will be quoted upon request.
Selling Fidesarte is at your disposal for free valuations of objects to sell. A preliminary valuation can be carried out on pictures with all necessary information to concerning the object (dimensions, signatures, state of preservation) and all possible documentation. By appointment, it is possible to carry out home valuations.
